A combined tube filling and heat sealing machine for creams, lotions, gels and other semi-viscous products, working with plastic soft tubes and composite soft tubes.

Servo piston filling at 1% accuracy

Creams and gels do not pour, they have to be pushed. A servo-driven piston displaces an exact volume on each stroke, which is what holds accuracy to 1% across a batch. On a cosmetic product sold by volume that accuracy is money: a consistent overfill of even a few percent across a production run is product given away for nothing.

Fill and seal in one pass

The tube is filled and then heat sealed in the same machine, so there is no transfer between two pieces of equipment and no half-finished tubes sitting between them. The seal is what gives the tube its finished, retail-ready end.

Compressed air required

The machine needs an air supply at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa. If you do not already have air plumbed to the line, budget for a compressor alongside it.
