1. About these terms

This website is operated by Uptime Packaging ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Uptime Packaging. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim for accuracy in every product description and specification. Specifications are supplied by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. Where a specification is critical to your application, confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

Product images are representative. Colors, finishes and included accessories may vary.

3. Compatibility

Many products we supply are compatible alternatives to original equipment manufacturer parts. Where a product is a compatible rather than an OEM part, this is stated in the product description.

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their equipment before ordering. We will help — send us your machine model and part number and we will confirm fitment — but we cannot accept responsibility for parts ordered without that confirmation.

4. Third-party trademarks

Brand names, model numbers and trademarks referenced on this site, including but not limited to Linx, Zebra, Sato, Videojet, Domino, Hitachi, Citronix, KEYENCE, Markem-Imaje, Leibinger, Trident, Taconic and BestCode, are the property of their respective owners.

Reference to these names indicates compatibility or the manufacturer of a genuine part. Except where expressly stated, such reference does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from the trademark holder.

5. Pricing and quotations

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices for parts and consumables may change without notice. Written quotations for equipment are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise on the quotation.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Where an order is affected, we will contact you before processing it.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept it, which we may do by confirming the order or dispatching the goods. We may decline an order, including where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or the order cannot be shipped to your destination.

7. Hazardous materials

Certain products are classified as hazardous for transport and are subject to restrictions set out in our Shipping Policy. By ordering these products you confirm that you are able to receive, store, handle and dispose of them in accordance with applicable law and the manufacturer's safety data sheet.

8. Equipment installation and operation

Unless expressly included in a written quotation, equipment is supplied without installation, commissioning, training or integration.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that site conditions — including electrical supply, compressed air, ambient environment and available space — meet the manufacturer's requirements. Some equipment requires a three-phase supply or exceeds standard ceiling heights.

9. Warranty

Equipment and manufactured goods carry the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable, and its terms apply. Warranty periods and coverage vary by product and are stated in the product description or quotation.

Consumables are warranted only against defects in materials at the time of supply.

To the extent permitted by law, we give no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, loss of profit, downtime, spoiled product or third-party claims.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
