Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders for in-stock parts and consumables are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1PM or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Equipment and machinery are made to order or prepared for freight, and lead times are confirmed in writing at the time of quotation.

How we ship

Parts and consumables ship by standard parcel carrier. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves us.

Machinery and equipment ship by freight, palletized and strapped. Freight is quoted separately unless the product listing states that shipping is included. We will confirm the freight cost and expected transit time before processing an equipment order.

Hazardous materials

Some products we supply are classified as hazardous materials for transport, including solvents and cleaning fluids containing methyl ethyl ketone (MEK).

These items:

  • Ship by ground transport only. They cannot travel by air.
  • Cannot be shipped by USPS.
  • Require DOT-compliant packaging and documentation.
  • Attract a carrier hazardous materials surcharge, which is shown at checkout or quoted separately.
  • May not be available to all destinations.

We will contact you before shipping if any restriction applies to your order.

Freight deliveries — please read before you sign

Freight shipments are delivered to a loading dock or curbside. Unless agreed in writing, delivery does not include inside delivery, rigging, uncrating, positioning or installation.

Before you sign the delivery receipt:

  1. Inspect the crate and pallet for damage. Photograph anything that looks wrong, including intact packaging, before it leaves the truck.
  2. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, however minor it appears.
  3. Report damage to us within 24 hours of delivery.

This matters. A clear delivery receipt is treated by carriers as acceptance of the goods in good condition, and a concealed-damage claim filed afterwards is substantially harder to recover. Signing without noting visible damage can leave the loss with you.

Delivery requirements for equipment

Before an equipment delivery, please confirm you have:

  • A loading dock, or a forklift rated for the crate weight
  • Sufficient door and ceiling clearance — some machines exceed 10 feet in height
  • Somewhere to receive a crate that may exceed 2,000 lbs

If a delivery cannot be completed because the site is not ready, redelivery charges may apply.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and service. Freight and hazardous shipments are quoted individually.

International shipping

Where international shipping is offered, the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges.
