What to include when you contact us
The more detail you send, the faster and more accurate our answer will be.
Order enquiries. Include your order number.
Parts and compatibility. Include the machine or printer model and, where you have it, the part number. Many industrial parts look identical and are not. A printhead for the same printer at a different resolution is a different part and will not fit.
Equipment enquiries. Include your product, the container or pack it goes into, your target output, and a description of the operating environment. Wet, dusty, chilled or clean changes the specification considerably.

If you are unsure which part fits, ask us first. We would rather confirm the right item than process a return.
