The Eagle T100 is a uniform carton sealer with side belt drive, taping cartons top and bottom in a single pass at production speed.

Uniform, and what that means for you

A uniform sealer is set to one carton size and runs it continuously. If you ship one or two box sizes, this is the right machine and the cheaper one.

If your cartons vary order to order, a uniform machine means somebody adjusts it at every changeover, and that labour adds up fast. In that case a random sealer, which measures each carton and adjusts itself, is the better buy despite the higher price.

Getting this choice wrong is the most expensive mistake in carton sealing. Tell us how many sizes you run and we will point you at the right one.

Side belt drive

The T100 grips the carton on both sides to drive it through. Side drive handles light and partially filled boxes well, because it is not relying on downward pressure to move the carton. For heavy or narrow cases, top and bottom drive suits better.

Tape width

The tape head runs either 2 inch or 3 inch tape, but the machine is set for one at the time of order. 2 inch is standard unless you specify otherwise. Tell us which you run before ordering.

Where it sits on the line

Carton sealing comes after packing and before palletising. Downstream we supply stretch wrappers for securing the finished pallet, and case coders for printing barcodes and dates directly onto the corrugated.
