Why round containers are their own problem

Labelling a round container is a different job from labelling a flat one. The container has to rotate at exactly the speed the label feeds, or the label wrinkles, skews, or overlaps badly at the seam. A dedicated round-product labeler synchronises the two. It is the reason wrap labels off a proper machine look different from wrap labels applied by hand or by a general-purpose applicator.

Where it fits

Food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and general manufacturing. Anywhere bottles, jars or cylindrical containers need a consistent wrap label at production speed.

Not a round container?
