An automatic applicator and heat shrinker for bottle neck capsules, placing the PVC sleeve over the closure and shrinking it to a tight, tamper-evident finish at up to 2,000 bottles per hour.

Capsules, not body sleeves

This machine does one specific job: it applies a short capsule over the closure and neck of a bottle, then shrinks it down. That is the finish you see on wine and spirits bottles, and it does two things at once. It signals the bottle has not been opened, and it covers the closure so the pack looks finished rather than assembled.

It is a different machine from a full-body sleeve wrapper. If you need film wrapped around an entire product or a multipack, that is our sleeve wrapping and shrink tunnel system instead.

Measure your bottle before you specify

The range of 7.09in to 13.78in tall and 2.36in to 3.94in in diameter covers standard wine and spirits formats and most tall bottles. Short or squat containers fall outside it, so check your actual bottle rather than assuming.

PVC capsules only

This machine is built for PVC capsules. If you are moving away from PVC on environmental grounds, or your brand specification rules it out, tell us before ordering because it changes which machine suits you.

Compressed air required

The machine needs an air supply, with a 0.315in outside diameter connector.
