A two-part packaging system that wraps shrink film around product and then passes it through a heat tunnel to shrink it tight. Built for bottles, cans, boxes and multipacks that need a clean, retail-ready finish.

Two machines, one process

The sleeve wrapper forms film around the product and seals it. The shrink tunnel then applies controlled heat so the film contracts to the product's shape. Both stages matter equally: a good wrap through a badly set tunnel gives you wrinkles and dog-ears, and no amount of tunnel heat rescues a poor wrap.

Check your power supply before you commit

The shrink tunnel draws 24 kW. That is more than ten times the wrapper feeding it, and considerably more than most equipment on a small line. A heat tunnel is almost entirely element load and it draws continuously rather than in bursts, so confirm your supply can carry it before specifying the system.

Film choice

The wrapper runs POF, PE and PP. The tunnel additionally handles PVC. POF is the usual choice where clarity and food contact matter. PVC shrinks at a lower temperature, which saves energy, but it has been falling out of favour on environmental grounds. Tell us what you are wrapping and we will suggest the film.

Wrapping a whole pack, or just the neck?

This system wraps an entire product or multipack. If you only need a tamper-evident capsule over a bottle closure, as on wine and spirits, that is our bottle neck capsule shrink machine instead.
