Full width for 4-inch labels

102mm covers standard 4-inch label stock edge to edge, which is the dominant size for shipping labels, carton marking and pallet placards. Running a ribbon narrower than the printed area leaves gaps in the print, so matching ribbon width to label width matters.

Why wax

Wax is the standard formulation for paper labels. It transfers at lower printhead energy than resin, which means less printhead wear per label and lower running costs on high-volume work. Where labels will not meet solvents, heavy abrasion or high heat, wax does the job at the lowest cost per print.
