A heavy-duty continuous induction sealing machine that bonds aluminium foil liners to bottle necks, producing tamper-evident, leak-resistant seals at production speed.

How induction sealing works

The machine passes an electromagnetic field over the capped bottle. The foil liner inside the closure heats, the polymer coating on its underside melts, and it bonds to the container rim. Nothing touches the product, the cap never comes off, and the result is a seal the customer has to break to open.

Why water-cooled matters

Induction heads generate heat continuously, and air-cooled units drift as they warm through a shift. Seals that were perfect at eight in the morning turn inconsistent by mid-afternoon. Water cooling holds the head stable across long runs, which is the difference between a machine for short batches and one that runs all day.
