What four heads actually buy you

A four-head linear weigher builds each pack from four separately weighed charges rather than one. The controller picks the combination closest to target weight, which means less giveaway on every bag. On product sold by weight, over-filling by a few grams a bag is a cost that compounds across every shift you run.

Vacuum sealing, not just sealing

A 76 cubic metre per hour vacuum rate pulls air out before the back seal closes. For nuts, coffee and anything with oil content, removing oxygen is what extends shelf life. The seal on its own does not.

Check this before you specify it

This machine needs a 3-phase 380V supply and stands over ten feet tall. Confirm both your power supply and your ceiling height before committing, because neither is easy to change afterwards.

Coding the bags

VFFS film is the natural home for thermal transfer overprinting. If your bags need best-before dates, lot codes or barcodes, a TTO printer mounts into the film path and prints as the film runs.
