Resin-enhanced wax thermal transfer overprint ribbon for near-edge TTO printers. 2.17 inches by 1,968 feet (55mm x 600m), supplied as a 24-pack. Made in the USA.
What it prints
Lot codes, expiration dates, batch numbers and barcodes, applied directly onto vertical form fill seal packaging film as it runs. The resin content in the wax base is what keeps the mark legible after a pack has been handled, stacked and shipped.
Why the 600m roll
Shorter rolls mean more frequent changes but less ribbon sitting idle in a machine that runs several different film widths. Twenty-four rolls per case suits a line that changes over often.
