No flush, no purge

Because the formula is chemically compatible with existing ScanTrue II systems, there is no need to flush or purge before switching. The ink goes in and the line keeps running, which is the entire point of a pour-over replacement.

Print quality

Crisp, high-contrast black with minimal bleed, suited to verifiable UCC/EAN 128, Interleaved 2 of 5 and other tall or complex barcodes where bleed causes read failures. The oil-based formula absorbs quickly on porous surfaces, which prevents smudging on fast-moving conveyor lines.

Substrates

Formulated for adhesion and clarity on porous materials: corrugated cardboard for case coding, lumber and wood, Tyvek, leather and uncoated ceramic tile.
