Line speed sensor assembly for Linx 10 continuous inkjet printers.
Why line speed input matters
A continuous inkjet printer spaces its drops according to how fast product moves past the head. Without an accurate speed signal the printer works to an assumed rate, and any variation in conveyor speed stretches or compresses the code. Characters lean, spacing drifts, and barcodes fall out of tolerance.
