How it works

Product feeds continuously from a 20 litre hopper into four weigh buckets. Each bucket weighs its charge before discharge, so the fill is verified rather than estimated. A magnetic vibrator built into the single-head funnel keeps product moving and prevents bridging and clogging, which is the usual failure mode on powder lines.

Cleaning the bottle mouth matters

The pneumatic brush is easy to overlook and worth understanding. Powder left on a bottle thread stops a cap seating cleanly, which shows up later as leaks, failed torque checks and returns. Removing it at the filler is far cheaper than catching it at inspection.
