The Eagle 1000B is a semi-automatic turntable stretch wrapper with 250% powered pre-stretch, built for securing palletised loads up to 3,500 lbs. A manual pallet jack ramp is included as standard.

What 250% powered pre-stretch actually saves you

Film is the running cost of stretch wrapping, and pre-stretch is what controls it. The carriage stretches the film before it reaches the load, so one foot of film becomes three and a half feet on the pallet.

The same machine without pre-stretch, the 1000A, costs less to buy and more to run, every single day. If you wrap more than a handful of pallets a week, the 1000B pays the difference back in film alone.

Powered pre-stretch also applies more consistent containment force than a brake system, so loads arrive intact rather than leaning.

Check these before you order

• Load height. This machine wraps to 87.5 inches. If your pallets run taller, the 1000BE gives 114 inches on the same footprint.
• Load weight. 3,500 lbs includes the pallet. Heavier loads need the 2000 series at 5,000 lbs.
• Turntable overhang. 59 inches suits a standard 48 x 40 pallet. Loads that overhang need a larger turntable.
• Ceiling height. The mast stands taller than the wrap height. Measure before you commit.

Options available

Integrated low-profile scale system with six load cells and LED readout, increased turntable speed from 12 to 14 RPM, and photo eye sensors matched to your product. If you wrap black film or metal drums, standard sensors struggle and an ultrasonic sensor is worth specifying.

Note that adding a scale system replaces the included pallet jack ramp, and scale integration is done at the factory rather than retrofitted on site.

Where it sits on the line

Stretch wrapping is the last step before shipping. Upstream we supply carton sealers for taping cases closed, labeling machines, and coding and marking equipment for case codes and pallet placards.
