300 DPI in a desktop printer

At 8 dots per millimetre, 300 DPI resolves small text and dense 2D codes that a 203 DPI desktop printer smears. If your labels carry ingredient panels, QR codes or small fonts, that resolution is the difference between a label that scans and one that gets rejected.

Speed and media handling

Prints at up to 152mm (6 inches) per second and accepts media from 20mm to 118mm (0.78 to 4.4 inches) wide. Handles continuous, gap, black mark, fanfold and punched hole stock, and takes label rolls up to 127mm (5 inch) outer diameter.
