Bench-sized, production-rated

At roughly 20 x 23.6 x 12.6 inches and under 60 lb, this machine sits on a workbench rather than needing floor space and a fitter to install it. It applies 25 to 40 pieces per minute at 0.5mm placement accuracy, which is repeatable enough for retail-facing packaging.

Tamp, not merge

This is a tamp applicator. It holds the label on a pad, brings the pad down onto the product and presses. That is slower than a merge applicator, which lays the label on while the product keeps moving, but it places accurately onto surfaces a merge head cannot reach: recessed panels, lids, and products that are not travelling on a conveyor at all.

Handles transparent labels

Works with standard and clear label stock. Transparent labels show every trapped air bubble, so consistent tamp pressure matters more on clear film than it ever does on paper.
