About Uptime Packaging
Uptime Packaging supplies the equipment and consumables that keep packaging and coding lines running. Machines when you need to add capability, and parts when you need to keep what you already have working.
What we supply
Two halves of the same business.
Equipment. Coding and marking systems, automatic fillers, labeling machines, sealing and shrink equipment and capping and inspection systems.
Parts and consumables. Zebra printheads, TTO ribbons, continuous inkjet service modules, Linx solvents and spares, PTFE coated tapes, box printer inks and label printers and stock.
Why both halves matter
Most suppliers pick one. They sell machines and leave you to source consumables elsewhere, or they sell consumables and cannot help when the machine itself is the problem.
Running both means that when a printhead wears, we have it on the shelf. When a Linx 10 finally reaches the end of its life, we can supply the parts to keep it going and the replacement when you are ready. And when you are specifying a new line, the person recommending the filler also knows what it will cost to run.

Food and beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetics, chemical and general manufacturing. Anywhere product has to be filled, capped, sealed, labelled and coded before it ships.
How we sell
Consumables and spare parts are priced and available to order directly. Capital equipment is quoted, because the right machine depends on your product, your container, your line speed and your environment. Tell us those four things and we will specify it properly rather than sell you the nearest thing in stock.
The part we care about most
Nothing in this catalogue exists for its own sake. A printhead, a solvent, a filter, a service module: every one of them is there because a line stops without it. That is what the name means.
If you are unsure whether a printhead is worn or just dirty, whether your machine takes B101 or B102, or whether a filler suits your product, ask before you order. We would rather answer the question than process the return.
